In order to take account of the specificity of Regulations (EEC) No 2092/91, (EEC) No 2081/92 and (EEC) No 2082/92, specific measures to be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 62(3) may provide for the necessary derogations from and adjustments to the rules laid down in this Regulation.
