Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules · European Union

The report shall, in particular, review the experience gained from the application of this Regulation and consider in particular the following issues: re-evaluating the scope, in relation to animal health and animal welfare; ensuring that other sectors contribute to the financing of official controls by extending the list of activities referred to in Annex IV, section A and in Annex V, section A, and taking into account in particular the impact of the Community feed and food hygiene, legislation after its adoption; setting updated minimum rates for fees referred to in Annex IV, section B and in Annex V, section B, taking into account in particular risk factors.
