Commission Regulation (EC) No 1874/2004 of 28 October 2004 amending Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of their application thresholds for the procedures for the award of contractsText with EEA relevance · European Union

Article 67(1) is amended as follows: in point (a), the amount ‘EUR 162000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 154000’, in point (b), the amount ‘EUR 249000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 236000’, in point (c), the amount ‘EUR 249000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 236000’.
