Article 108

Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. The Community shall provide part-financing for the apiculture programmes equivalent to 50 % of the expenditure borne by Member States. 2. Expenditure relating to the measures taken under the apiculture programmes shall be made by the Member States by 15 October each year.
