Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. Provision may be made by the Commission for marketing standards for one or more of the products of the following sectors: olive oil and table olives in respect of the products referred to in point (a) of Part VII of Annex I; bananas; live plants.
