Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. For cereals, public intervention shall be open: from 1 August to 30 April in the case of Greece, Spain, Italy and Portugal; from 1 December to 30 June in the case of Sweden; from 1 November to 31 May in the case of the other Member States. However, buying into public intervention of maize shall only be carried out within the following limits: 700 000 tonnes for the marketing year 2008/2009; 0 tonnes as from the marketing year 2009/2010.
