as regards the definitions and designations that may be used in the marketing of milk and milk products in accordance with Article 114(1): drawing up and, where necessary, supplementing the list of the products referred to in the second subparagraph of point III(1) of Annex XII, on the basis of the lists sent to it by the Member States; making additions, where necessary, to the list of designations given in point (a) of the second subparagraph of point II(2) of Annex XII;
