Article 122
Single CMO Regulation
Member States shall recognise producer organisations, which: are constituted by producers of one of the following sectors: the hops sector, the olive oil and table olives sector, the silkworm sector; are formed on the initiative of the producers; pursue a specific aim, which may in particular relate to: concentrating supply and marketing the produce of the members; adapting production jointly to the requirements of the market and improving the product; promoting the rationalisation and mechanisation of production;
