Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. The guaranteed prices fixed for the ACP/Indian sugar shall apply for import of standard quality raw and white sugar from: the least developed countries under the arrangements referred to in Articles 12 and 13 of Council Regulation (EC) No 980/2005 (65); the States listed in Annex XIX for the complementary quantity referred to in Article 153(4).
