Article 173

Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. For each of the products of the live plants sector falling within CN code 0601 10 , one or more minimum prices for exports to third countries may be fixed by the Commission each year in good time before the marketing season. Exportation of such products shall be permitted only at a price equal to or above the minimum price fixed for the product in question. 2. Detailed rules for the application of paragraph 1 shall be adopted by the Commission having regard to the obligations arising from agreements concluded in accordance with Article 300(2) of the Treaty.
