Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

2. The rules for which an extension of scope is requested shall have been in force for at least one year and shall relate to one of the following objectives: knowledge of production and the market; definition of minimum qualities; use of cultivation methods compatible with the protection of the environment; definition of minimum standards of packing and presentation; use of certified seed and monitoring of product quality.
