Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

The intervention price for rice shall be equal to the reference price. However, if the quality of the products offered to the paying agency differs from the standard quality, defined in point A of Annex IV, the intervention price shall be increased or reduced accordingly. Moreover, increases and reductions of the intervention price may be fixed by the Commission in order to ensure that production is orientated towards certain varieties.
