Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

2. For the purposes of this Regulation: ‘farmer’ shall mean a farmer as defined in Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003; ‘paying agency’ shall mean the body or the bodies assigned by a Member State in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1290/2005; ‘intervention price’ shall mean the price at which products shall be bought into public intervention.
