Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

5. Any customs duties and any other amounts to be granted or levied under the common agricultural policy shall not apply to products: transported following an authorisation granted under paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, or transferred from one paying agency to another.
