Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. The Commission shall designate the intervention centres in the cereals and rice sectors and determine the conditions applying thereto. In respect of products of the cereals sector, the Commission may designate intervention centres for each cereal.
