Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

2. When drawing up the list of intervention centres the Commission shall in particular take account of the following factors: situation of the centres in surplus areas in respect of the products concerned; availability of sufficient premises and technical equipment; favourable situation as regards means of transport.
