the procedures and conditions for taking over into public intervention by paying agencies and the granting of aid for private storage, in particular: with regard to the conclusion and the content of contracts; the duration of the period of private storage and the conditions according to which such periods, once specified in the contracts, may be curtailed or extended; the conditions according to which it may be decided that products covered by private storage contracts may be remarketed or disposed of; the Member State where a request for private storage may be submitted;
