Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. The Commission may adopt exceptional support measures for the affected market in order to take account of restrictions on intra-Community and third-country trade which may result from the application of measures for combating the spread of diseases in animals. The measures provided for in the first subparagraph shall apply to the following sectors: beef and veal; milk and milk products; pigmeat; sheepmeat and goatmeat; eggs; poultrymeat.
