Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

1. The Commission may take special measures to: prevent large-scale application of public intervention, as provided for in Section II of Chapter I of this Part, in the rice sector in certain regions of the Community; make up for paddy rice shortages following natural disasters. 2. The Commission shall adopt the detailed rules for the implementation of this Article.
