Article 61

Single CMO Regulation

The sugar, isoglucose or inulin syrup produced during a marketing year in excess of the quota referred to in Article 56 may be: used for the processing of certain products as referred to in Article 62; carried forward to the quota production of the next marketing year, in accordance with Article 63; used for the specific supply regime for the outermost regions, in accordance with Title II of Council Regulation (EC) No 247/2006 (60); or exported within the quantitative limit fixed by the Commission respecting the commitments resulting from agreements concluded in accordance with Article 300 of the Treaty. Other quantities shall be subject to the surplus levy referred to in Article 64.
