Article 82

Single CMO Regulation

Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) · European Union

Purchaser status shall be subject to prior approval by the Member State in accordance with criteria to be laid by the Commission. The conditions to be fulfilled and information to be provided by producers in the case of direct sales shall be established by the Commission.
