Für diesen Zweck ist eine Probenahmestelle pro Million Einwohner für Ballungsräume und weitere städtische Gebiete mit mehr als 100000 Einwohnern vorzusehen. Diese Probenahmestellen können mit den Probenahmestellen nach Abschnitt A identisch sein.
