Subject: Scheme for the transport of domestic hazardous waste 2002. Reference to Annex I, Section I.1, to this Directive: 7.5.9. Content of the Annex to the Directive: Ban on smoking. Content of the national legislation: ‘No smoking’ notices must be clearly displayed on the sides and at the rear of the vehicle. Initial reference to the national legislation: Artikel 9, vierde lid, van de Regeling vervoer huishoudelijk gevaarlijk afval 2002. Comments: Because the scheme covers the presentation of dangerous substances by private citizens, Article 9.4 stipulates that a ‘no smoking’ notice must be clearly displayed. Expiry date: 30 June 2015.
