Article 24

Without prejudice to Directive 2000/13/EC, the labelling of food containing the food colours listed in Annex V to this Regulation shall include the additional information set out in that Annex. In relation to the information provided in paragraph 1 of this Article, Article 13(2) of Directive 2000/13/EC shall apply accordingly. Where necessary as a result of scientific progress or technical development, Annex V shall be amended by measures, designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation, in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 28(4).
