the installation and development of information tools, including an appropriate database for: gathering and storing all information relating to Community legislation concerning animal health, animal welfare and food safety in products of animal origin; disseminating the information referred in point (i) to the competent authorities, producers and consumers, taking into account interfaces with national databases where appropriate;
