Regulation (EC) No 713/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing an Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The revenues of the Agency shall comprise, in particular: a subsidy from the Community, entered in the general budget of the European Union (Commission Section); fees paid to the Agency pursuant to Article 22; voluntary contributions from the Member States or from the regulatory authorities, under Article 13(8); and legacies, donations or grants under Article 13(8).
