Article 10

Council Decision 2013/755/EU of 25 November 2013 on the association of the overseas countries and territories with the European Union ( ‘Overseas Association Decision’ ) · European Union

1. The association shall be based on a broad dialogue and consultations on issues of mutual interest between the OCTs, the Member States to which they are linked and the Commission, and, if appropriate, the European Investment Bank (EIB). 2. The OCTs shall organise, where appropriate, a dialogue and consultations with authorities and bodies such as: the competent local and other public authorities; the economic and social partners; any other appropriate body representing civil society, environmental partners, non-governmental organisations, and bodies responsible for promoting of equality between men and women.
