2. The OCTs shall organise, where appropriate, a dialogue and consultations with authorities and bodies such as: the competent local and other public authorities; the economic and social partners; any other appropriate body representing civil society, environmental partners, non-governmental organisations, and bodies responsible for promoting of equality between men and women.
