Competent authorities shall require an institution to take the necessary measures at an early stage to address relevant problems in the following circumstances: the institution does not meet the requirements of this Directive or of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013; the competent authorities have evidence that the institution is likely to breach the requirements of this Directive or of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 within the following 12 months. For the purposes of paragraph 1, the powers of competent authorities shall include those referred to in Article 104.
