Regulation on consumer ODR

to make publicly available the following: general information on ADR as a means of out-of-court dispute resolution; information on ADR entities listed in accordance with Article 20(2) of Directive 2013/11/EU which are competent to deal with disputes covered by this Regulation; an online guide about how to submit complaints through the ODR platform; information, including contact details, on ODR contact points designated by the Member States in accordance with Article 7(1) of this Regulation; statistical data on the outcome of the disputes which were transmitted to ADR entities through the ODR platform.
