Article 32
By 20 June 2018 the Commission shall commission an evaluation to assess, in particular, the impact, effectiveness and efficiency of the Agency and its working practices. The evaluation shall also address the possible need to modify the mandate of the Agency and the financial implications of any such modification. The evaluation referred to in paragraph 1 shall take into account any feedback made to the Agency in response to its activities. The Commission shall forward the evaluation report together with its conclusions to the European Parliament, the Council and the Management Board. The findings of the evaluation shall be made public. As part of the evaluation, there shall also be an assessment of the results achieved by the Agency, having regard to its objectives, mandate and tasks. If the Commission considers that the continuation of the Agency is justified with regard to its assigned objectives, mandate and tasks, it may propose that the duration of the mandate of the Agency set out in Article 36 be extended.
