As part of the evaluation, there shall also be an assessment of the results achieved by the Agency, having regard to its objectives, mandate and tasks. If the Commission considers that the continuation of the Agency is justified with regard to its assigned objectives, mandate and tasks, it may propose that the duration of the mandate of the Agency set out in Article 36 be extended.
