Institutions which have obtained permission to use the Internal Assessment Approach shall not revert to the use of other methods unless all of the following conditions are met: (a) the institution has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the competent authority that the institution has good cause to do so; (b) the institution has received the prior permission of the competent authority.
