Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Member States shall not impede the putting into service of pressure equipment and assemblies which comply with the regulations in force in their territory at the date of application of Directive 97/23/EC and were placed on the market until 29 May 2002.
