Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment (recast) Text with EEA relevance · European Union

Member States shall not impede the making available on the market and/or the putting into service of pressure equipment or assemblies covered by Directive 97/23/EC which are in conformity with that Directive and which were placed on the market before 1 June 2015.
