Article 2(2) shall not apply to the addition to frozen accounts of: interest or other earnings on those accounts; payments due under contracts, agreements or obligations that were concluded or arose before the date on which the natural or legal person, entity or body referred to in Article 2 has been included in Annex I; or payments due under judicial, administrative or arbitral decisions rendered in a Member State or enforceable in the Member State concerned; provided that any such interest, other earnings and payments are frozen in accordance with Article 2(1).
