Regulation (EU) 2016/429 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on transmissible animal diseases and amending and repealing certain acts in the area of animal health (‘Animal Health Law’) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

for the reason referred to in point (d) of paragraph 1 of this Article, provided that: the third country or territory concerned has agreed to controls being carried out by the Commission on behalf of the Union in its territory; and the results of those controls by the Commission show that the third country or territory concerned, and the zones or compartments thereof, comply with the listing criteria provided for in Article 230(1).
