The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in Article 48, Article 49(3), Articles 65 and 73, Articles 96(4), 97(6), 98(5), 100(2), 101(5), 103(3), and 106(3), Articles 121 and 168, and Articles 194(3) and 196(4) shall be conferred on the Commission for an indeterminate period of time from 23 March 2016.
