Article 208 › 3

REGULATION (EU) 2017/1001 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2017 on the European Union trade mark (codification) (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

The delegation of power referred to in Article 48, Article 49(3), Articles 65 and 73, Articles 96(4), 97(6), 98(5), 100(2), 101(5), 103(3), and 106(3), Articles 121 and 168, and Articles 194(3) and 196(4) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council. A decision to revoke shall put an end to the delegation of the power specified in that decision. It shall take effect the day following the publication of the decision in the Official Journal of the European Union or at a later date specified therein. It shall not affect the validity of any delegated acts already in force.
