Article 19 › 4

REGULATION (EU) 2017/1129 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market, and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

ESMA may, or where the Commission so requests shall, develop draft regulatory technical standards to update the list of documents set out in paragraph 1 of this Article by including additional types of documents required under Union law to be filed with or approved by a public authority. Power is delegated to the Commission to adopt the regulatory technical standards referred to in the first subparagraph of this paragraph in accordance with Articles 10 to 14 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
