The competent authority may at any time review the content of any universal registration document which has been filed without prior approval, as well as the content of any amendments thereto. The review by the competent authority shall consist in scrutinising the completeness, the consistency and the comprehensibility of the information given in the universal registration document and any amendments thereto.
