3. Policy measures in view of the achievement of the savings requirement referred to in Article 7(1) of Directive 2012/27/EU:

description of the energy efficiency obligation scheme; expected cumulative and annual amount of savings and duration of the obligation period(s); obligated parties and their responsibilities; target sectors; eligible actions provided for under the measure; information on the application of the following provisions of Directive 2012/27/EU: where applicable, specific actions, share of savings to be achieved in households affected by energy poverty in accordance with Article 7(11); savings achieved by energy service providers or other third parties in accordance with point (a) of Article 7a(6); ‘banking and borrowing’ in accordance with point (b) of Article 7a(6); where relevant, information on trading of energy savings. type of policy measure; brief description of the policy measure, including the design features per each policy measure notified; expected total cumulative and annual amount of savings per each measure and/ or amount of energy savings in relation to any intermediate periods; implementing public authorities, participating or entrusted parties and their responsibilities for implementing the policy measure(s); target sectors; eligible actions provided for under the measure; where applicable, specific policy measures or individual actions targeting energy poverty. brief description of taxation measure; duration of taxation measure; implementing public authority; expected cumulative and annual amount of savings per measure; target sectors and segment of taxpayers; calculation methodology, including which price elasticities are used and how they have been established, in accordance with point (4) of Annex V to Directive 2012/27/EU.
