3.1. Energy efficiency obligation schemes referred to in Article 7a of Directive 2012/27/EU:

description of the energy efficiency obligation scheme; expected cumulative and annual amount of savings and duration of the obligation period(s); obligated parties and their responsibilities; target sectors; eligible actions provided for under the measure; information on the application of the following provisions of Directive 2012/27/EU: where applicable, specific actions, share of savings to be achieved in households affected by energy poverty in accordance with Article 7(11); savings achieved by energy service providers or other third parties in accordance with point (a) of Article 7a(6); ‘banking and borrowing’ in accordance with point (b) of Article 7a(6); where relevant, information on trading of energy savings.
