DIRECTIVE (EU) 2019/1 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 11 December 2018 to empower the competition authorities of the Member States to be more effective enforcers and to ensure the proper functioning of the internal market (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall ensure that the following categories of information obtained by a party during enforcement proceedings before a national competition authority shall not be used by that party in proceedings before national courts before the national competition authority has closed its enforcement proceedings with respect to all parties under investigation by adopting a decision referred to in Article 10 or Article 12 or otherwise has terminated its proceedings:
