15. Calculation of the maximum entry capacity available for the participation of foreign capacity in capacity mechanisms

Regional coordination centres shall support transmission system operator in calculating the maximum entry capacity available for the participation of foreign capacity in capacity mechanisms taking into account the expected availability of interconnection and the likely concurrence of system stress between the system where the mechanism is applied and the system in which the foreign capacity is located. The calculation shall be performed in accordance with the methodology set out in point (a) of Article 26(11). Regional coordination centres shall provide a calculation for each bidding zone border covered by the system operation region.
