(9) Exports of substances covered by the Convention are regulated by Regulation (EU) No 649/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation (EU) No 649/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 concerning the export and import of hazardous chemicals (OJ L 201, 27.7.2012, p. 60). and therefore need not be further addressed in this Regulation.
