The EU guarantee for the purposes of the EU compartment referred to in point (a) of Article 9(1) shall be EUR 26152310073 in current prices. It shall be provisioned at the rate of 40 %. The amount referred to in point (a) of the first subparagraph of Article 35(3) shall be also taken into account for contributing to the provisioning resulting from that provisioning rate.
