Article 4

Directive (EU) 2024/1174 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 amending Directive 2014/59/EU and Regulation (EU) No 806/2014 as regards certain aspects of the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

1. This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. Article 2, points (1) and (2), shall apply from 14 November 2024. Article 2, point (3), shall apply from 13 May 2024. 3. Article 2 shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
