Article 34 — Reporting

1. The Commission shall, by 24 November 2028, submit a report to the European Parliament and to the Council, assessing the implementation of this Directive. 2. The Commission shall, by 24 November 2031, submit a report to the European Parliament and to the Council evaluating this Directive. The Commission shall take into account the information provided by Member States and any other relevant information related to the transposition and implementation of this Directive. On the basis of that evaluation, the Commission shall decide on appropriate follow-up actions, including, if necessary, a legislative proposal.
