DIRECTIVE (EU) 2024/1260 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 April 2024 on asset recovery and confiscation · European Union
The Commission shall, by 24 November 2028, submit a report to the European Parliament and to the Council, assessing the implementation of this Directive.
